Ben MacKenzie: “I have been using prototyping in my work and programs for a few years now, and I see the enormous positive effects of it. I am convinced that every organization will need prototyping to develop its way of working. I was all more impressed when I discovered Prototyping.Work. I am enlightened to be there, and I look forward to further developing the leadership aspect of the methodology and building the movement together with Edwin and Coert.”

Edwin van der Geest, founder of Prototyping.Work: “In our ambition to accelerate the transition to the Future Of Work, we have found a great reinforcement of the team. In addition to his experience in training and leadership programs, we especially noticed his enormous drive for prototyping.”

In his role, Ben will further develop the leadership program. In addition, he uses his network and knowledge to further expand Prototyping.Work. As a former captain on a ship, we trust that he can get the wind in our sails and jointly steer our ship in the right direction.

Prototyping.Work’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to the Future of Work. We do this by enabling our partners and change agents / change managers to put organizations in a state of continuous change. This makes them more agile and gives them the ability to keep up with the rapid changes around them. For this, we use our proprietary methodology that realizes experimental change based on prototyping.
