Explain why good health and company wellness is important to you and ask if they would like to be ambassadors of employee wellness.
Brainstorm and make bite-sized initiatives, so implementation can be easy and quick.
Now go and start prototyping the first initiative!
Support the ambassadors and make sure management participates. Think about what's in it for them and value the effort they put in.
Grab employees from behind their desks to participate.
