Mondays, for most people the start of the workweek. And we all heard about Blue Monday, and this is not a myth. From a nationwide registry study of 156 000 people of the Swedish population (in the database Swedeheart) they also had several findings to support this. The daily incidence rate of heart attacks was 11 percent higher on Mondays than on control days, which the researchers defined as Tuesdays through Fridays.
So let’s do this differently! Use the Monday how you want to use it. For some, it’s socializing and connecting with colleagues. For others, it’s using the time to walk through and prepare for their weekly planning. And some just want to use it as focus hours to boost productivity.
