Hold an open meeting on the workfloor

By holding meeting behind closed doors, the decisions (and updates) are there too. Ofcourse you can share the minutes afterwards, but that still gives you enough time behind closed doors. The minutes are already a filtered (or selected) version of the information that is shared within the meeting. What if you force yourself to go out of the meeting room and onto the work floor. What happens?
