How well do you know each other? And how well are everyone's talents secured in their daily work? With the hidden talent prototype, you find out each other's hidden talent and the story behind it. So it facilitates getting to know each other. And to make more fun of your daily work
What steps to take for the practice
Make it a part of a normal (team)meeting
Steps:
1. Everybody writes down a hidden talent on a sticky note
2. Put the sticky note on the wall
3. Every attendee takes a sticky note from the wall (not their own!)
4. One person starts with sharing the talent on the note, the owner of the talent shares the story behind it.
5. Do this until everybody shared their talent
6. Then, find out how to use the hidden talent during your daily work by paring up and help each other
Expected results
Sharing hidden talents always resuls in a better understanding of one another
Helping each other to use the talent during the daily job creates bonding and more fun at work
