This prototype has been designed to bring your team or company closer together. Share your week by looking at what your colleagues have done.
What steps to take for the practice
This prototype is fairly easy to get started with. Most companies or teams already have a moment to close the week with a drink. In dutch we call it the "VrijdagMiddagBorrel" which translates to Friday Afternoon Drinks. This is an ideal event to use for this prototype "Cheers!".
The goal of this prototype is to name a certain event or action from one of your colleagues which really energized you. Get everyone together, open a drink and start of by naming a colleague and the thing you are proud of.
A couple of examples:
- Awesome result that they have gotten to;
- Personal victory which amazes you;
- Help you received from one, or more, of them;
- That one person who upgraded the company coffee machine;
Expected results
This prototype will result in multiple things:
- Create a closer band between co-workers;
- Send everyone home energized;
- Look back at the past week in a positive way;
