Progressive Organization
A progressive organization is an organization that seeks progress by means of change. She does this by seeking new forms of culture, structure and/or way of working supported by transformational leadership.
- Complexity minimized. A structure where bureaucracy is combated and where hierarchy is minimalized, with flexibility is pursued. Purpose, fairness and/or equality are central.
- People-centered. Employees are your most important asset. When you put your employees first, success will follow.
- Collaborative Way of Working. A way of working where collaboration is stimulated. Where trust, transparency and/or empowerment are central
- Transformational Leadership. Leadership that facilitates and supports the organizational changes as mentioned here.
