This educational partner has started a program they call “Strategy & Organisation” which looks at two major shifts in enterprise. The first; the ‘organization” part is from management hierarchies to networks of self-organizing teams. The second shift is that of product pipelines to platforms (a different sort of network agility).
Hogeschool Utrecht and Prototyping.work have a collaboration where Prototyping.work helps the institute to create their curriculum. This by giving courses about our way of thinking and working to the students of the University. But also giving advice about the theoretical part of their training. Giving them enough background to be a part of the practical part of Prototyping.work as well.
In the second part of the year, the students will perform research about the effectiveness of our methodology on willingness to change, autonomy, and work happiness. For these topics we will be using our measurements and other resources.
