Working in HR I became more and more uncomfortable in traditional organizations, where I noticed the system was holding people back from living their full potential, while HR was quite occupied with changing the people and not the system. When holacracy was implemented in the organization I worked for at the time, I saw the possibilities: by changing the system a lot of potential can be unlocked. Self Managing/Organizing builds on a different approach and since there is so much to discover, I help organizations to find the best solutions on HR related topics.
