Small Prints
It can happen that something occurs that will make it impossible to participate in the training. Below these scenarios are written down and the consequences of these cases are described. This can be used as guidance for the decision that we will make together when it isn’t possible for one of the parties to execute the training on the promised date mentioned in the When will it happen section.
You can’t join the training because of sickness:
Trainee will contact Prototyping.work before the training. Prototyping.work will subscribe the trainee to another training on another date. When the trainee didn’t contact Prototyping.work before the start of the training, both parties will get in contact and try to subscribe the trainee to another training on another date.
You can’t join the training because of financial reasons:
Trainee will contact Prototyping.work before the payment term of the training is overdue. Prototyping.work will cancel the subscription of the training. When the payment term is overdue, Prototyping.work and the trainee will discuss if the trainee wants to do the training on another moment when this will be possible for the trainee.
You can’t join the training because of other reasons:
Trainee will contact Prototyping.work before the training. Prototyping.work will subscribe the trainee to another training on another date. When the trainee didn’t contact Prototyping.work before the start of the training, there will be no refund.
You can’t join the second day of the training:
Trainee will contact Prototyping.work before the second day of the training. Prototyping.work will subscribe the trainee to another training of the second day on another date. When the trainee didn’t contact Prototyping.work before the start of the second day of the training, both parties will get in contact and try to subscribe the trainee to another training on another date.
Is the registration transferrable to other persons?
When the trainee isn’t able to join, but another colleague from the same company is, the training can be transferred to this person. The training isn’t transferable to another trainee from outside the same company.
When will the training be confirmed?
You will get a confirmation 1 week before the start date of the training you registered for from Prototyping.work.
