In most organizations, employee salaries are hidden or 'classified'. Most of the time without any good reason. Traditionally salaries are hidden because it gives the manager a competitive advantage over the employee in the negotiation. But in the age we live in, the question is if that's still fair. So here's a prototype to open up the walls around salaries. Also inspired by this Ted Talk by David Burkus.
