Create an open library. Install a few bookshelves that get filled over time with interesting literature. Books on the company, branch organizations, and also just fun reading, etc. Because making people read more is never a bad thing.
Have people put in already read books on some shelves. Make sure that nobody is keeping track of the books, just use common sense and ask people if they would be so kind as to return the books. Put in a company sticker if necessary, but don’t keep track! It will be time-consuming and an obstacle for most to even go there.
