Let people work wherever the want, when they want and how they want. There is just one main rule: Make sure your co-workers are happy and your clients are happy.
You will notice that people will still work the same hours at the same place. But now they feel the freedom to go away if necessary. The systems that kept track of these things will be abolished, giving more time and focus on the work itself
