We all say that it is important to learn from failures. But still, the ‘first time right’ mindset is more common for most of us. It’s a sticky mindset, despite that we know it’s better to learn from mistakes. Everybody has failed. Almost everybody has learned from those failures. Sharing that is powerful, and can be a fun experience.
