Practice desciption
Answer all questions during Town halls and webinars. There is a gap between leaders and the other employees, whether it's 'by design' or unintentional. A way to close the gap and show yourself is to answer every question during a Town hall meeting or webinar. This increases employee engagement.

What steps to take for the practice
- Decide if an how you want to filter and prioritize the questions. Prioritize makes sure that duplicates won't happen during the session. But filtering questions takes away the power of vulnerability.
- Announce the townhall meeting. And announce the way you will answer all the questions
- Organize a webinar or townhall meeting
- Optional: let someone moderate or ask questions to you on stage
- Answer every question.
